It’s Giveaway Day!…Part One

I don’t know about your neck of the woods, but being that it’s Monday morning, grey and rainy out here, it gives me no better to thrill to announce that I’m participating in Sew, Mama, Sew’s May Giveaway Day. How about that to add a little cheer and pep in one’s step?

And you know what? Your world is also going to become just a little bit brighter because you have the chance to win one cut & sew kit to make yourself two, count ‘em two of these bad boys.

I recently posted about my making these last week, so if you are the lucky winner and you want some extra tips on how I assembled them, check this out. And if you don’t win but still need them in your life (that goes without saying), you can find them here.

Yes, I will ship internationally, because I’ll tell you right now that Nautilus and Nautilus Jr. are the international jet-setting type and they love navigating into unchartered waters to share their love with all people everywhere. They’re unshellfish like that.

All you have to do is answer me this:

If you have children in your life, what is your favorite rainy day activity to entertain them with? (I’m clearly asking to build up my arsenal with things we haven’t done before. So what. I’m shellfish.) The more specific and unusual the better. Not to worry about dazzling me. The winner will be chosen at random by either Mister Baby Pants or The Bub (pictured above). If you don’t know/have any kids, what’s your favorite crafting activity for a rainy day? Sleeping does not count.
